- Bedroom 1 = 1 King Bed, SMART TV, private bathroom, entrance to the backyard
- Laundry Room- washer + dryer - you can use during your stay
**2nd FLOOR
-Bedroom 2 = King Bed, SMART TV and private balcony, you can see GULF OF MEXICO from (!!!)
-Bedroom 3 = King Bed, SMART TV, private bathroom
-Bunk Area with 2 bunk beds - twin-over-twin (4 twins), SMART TV
-Shared bath between BR 2 and bunk area

Home is also just a short 3-minute drive to St. Andrews Bay and the world-famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant, The Grand Marlin, and much more.

*GRACO PACK&PLAY TRAVEL CRIB PROVIDED. We recommend bringing your own bedding, though. We rely on our guests to let us know if they used it and we do not provide linens for it (on purpose- health and safety reasons)

**We do not guarantee weather. May through October hurricanes and extreme weather can occur in Florida. We do not refund or reschedule unless there is mandatory evacuation. ! We strongly recommend obtaining a TRAVEL INSURANCE if you are concerned about any travel disruption possibility due to items such as weather or illness.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
